SYMPOSIUM 2025

SRUK/CERU is committed to a healthy work/life balance and strongly encourages child-friendly events. After the success of past editions of our International Symposia, the Organising Committee of the XII SRUK/CERU International Symposium has again arranged high-quality and free childcare for all the families attending the Symposium. We will offer the following services:

• Free professional childcare on Saturday and Sunday. Please note that, although we will not be able to offer childcare during the Friday session, children are more than welcome to join us given the whole Symposium is family-friendly!
• An on-site designated room for children.
• Engaging and nurturing activities.
• Meals included except for baby formula.
• Please be aware that our childcare service will not cover lunch breaks so that the carers can have their own lunch break. In that way, you will need to take care of your child/children during lunch breaks and the Opening Ceremony on Friday (in case you plan to attend the latter event).

To organise the activities and number of carers, we need to know the age and the number of children that will require this service, the days they will be joining, and whether they have dietary requirements. You will need to answer these questions when you register to attend the Symposium.
